Terms of service

By placing an order with Guafi, you agree to the following terms:

• All products are made-to-order. Production begins after your order is placed.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
• Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. We cannot reship or refund orders due to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
• In rare cases of lost shipments, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with Printful to resolve the issue.
